As a professional association, it is the neutral platform and stakeholder for securing and developing knowledge around the topics of operational fleet and mobility management.
After years of professional experience in various fields, Axel Schäfer initiated the Bundesverband Fuhrparkmanagement together with Marc-Oliver Prinzing in 2011, which changed its name in April 2022 and henceforth operates as Bundesverband Betriebliche Mobilität e.V. In the area of his core competence leasing and fleet management, he worked for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
