Charging Losses at the DC Charging Station in the ADAC Test

The smarter E Podcast Episode 214 | April 24, 2025 | Language: German

Refuelling in Germany is easy: choose the right petrol, insert the tap, fill up, pay, done. But how does it work with fast charging? Is it just as easy? Are there any problems? Or are there certain things that need to be taken into account? There is hardly any other area of electromobility where so much research is being carried out globally as in the interaction between charging systems and batteries.

New charging records are constantly being reported. That's why the topic of fast charging is fascinating. We talked to Matthias Vogt from ADAC, who presented us with the latest results of the ADAC test.
