With over 15 years in the energy industry, he is passionate about driving the transition towards net zero - and electrification of transport is an integral piece of the puzzle. He has been with LCP Delta since 2012. During this time, he has had the privilege of supporting a wide range of businesses including energy companies, equipment manufacturers, policy makers & investors on topics ranging from EV charging to combined heat & power (CHP) to microgrids. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MChem in Environmental Chemistry.

Adrien Schwane is Head of eMobility at BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH, where he leads the department responsible for the planning, delivery and construction of charging infrastructure. With two master degrees from RWTH Aachen University, Adrien has extensive experience in project management, consulting and implementation of intelligent (DC) charging solutions for electric cars and trucks. Prior to his current role, Adrien was a project manager at The Mobility House GmbH, where he advised companies on smart charging solutions for their fleets and business parks. Adrien's career also includes significant contributions to renewable energy projects at his previous employers. His expertise in e-mobility and sustainable energy systems positions him as a key player in driving the transition to clean energy.

Robert began his automotive career after earning a degree in electrical engineering. He spent 15 years at Honda in Ohio, spearheading advanced product engineering initiatives and leading the North American implementation of Honda's hybrid powertrains. During this time, he also served as a key program leader for the Acura TLX and NSX, and headed the Infotainment engineering team. Since joining SBD in 2017, Robert has been integral to the Connected Car and EV practices, managing large-scale projects for OEMs and Tier 1s. Now serving as Domain Principal for Electrification, he provides global subject matter expertise to diverse projects, supporting clients' journeys in the electric revolution.

Furthermore, he works in the development of innovative business models that reduce the total cost of ownership for eTrucks.

Fabian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology and has contributed to several charging technology projects both domestically and internationally (USA).
