AVERE – The European Association for Electromobility offers its members a special participation opportunity: a high-quality joint booth at special conditions facilitates the participation at Power2Drive Europe.

Participation Information

€ 481.50 per sqm
excluding additional costs (professional association fee (AUMA), waste disposal and the Event Directory entry)

This offer is exclusive for Members of AVERE and its partner associations.

Participants will be included in the regular exhibitor list, with the designation “Joint Booth AVERE”.

The organizer is responsible for the booth construction. Other structures must fit the overall concept of the joint booth and are therefore only allowed in consultation with the organizer.

Included Services

These benefits are included when booking this package:

Presentation space (10 sqm)
Booth construction: floor covering, floor covering, back wall with logo/lettering, decoration, storage space and seating
Furniture: lockable counter with logo imprint, standing table and two bar stools, brochure rack
Electricity connection and consumption (up to 3 KW included, but Messe München will nevertheless issue an invoice for an advance payment. This amount will be refunded after the event if the 3 KW is not reached)
Booth surveillance outside opening hours
Daily booth cleaning

Application

To participate, you have to register as a main exhibitor and fill out, sign, and send us the according supplementary agreement. The supplementary agreement can be selected in the registration process.
