Florian is a Program Manager for Charging Experience at BMW AG, focussing on Plug & Charge. With eight years of experience in the EV charging sector, he has worked on several projects that aim to make charging more seamless and user-friendly. His journey in the EV charging field began in 2017 at Mercedes-Benz, where he contributed to key initiatives such as developing charging solutions for commercial vehicles, rolling out Plug & Charge in the U.S., and setting up Mercedes Me Charge for the Chinese market. Since joining BMW in 2022, Florian has led various projects such as the integration of Electrify America into the My BMW app and supported the operational setup of the North American charging joint venture "Ionna'. Most recently, he played a key role in introducing Plug & Charge with multi-contract capability to the BMW fleet. Currently, he focuses on improving the digital user experience around Plug & Charge, with the goal of making EV charging more straightforward and transparent for all customers.

Wolfgang Ademmer has been Chief Marketing Officer at Alpitronic since April 2023 and is an expert in electromobility and charging technology. He oversees the strategic direction and international marketing, including the megawatt charging system HYC1000, launched in February 2025. Passionate about e-mobility, Ademmer has worked in the field since 2017, advising companies on product development and sales. His career in power electronics began in 1991, including leadership roles at Infineon and as CEO of a Swiss semiconductor company. Alpitronic, a global leader in DC fast-charging stations, was founded in 2009 in Bolzano. Initially focused on high-tech power electronics for the automotive industry, it launched its first so-called Hypercharger in 2018. The company now has 1,000 employees, locations in northern Italy, Munich, and a U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dominik Ziriakus is Head of Governmental Affairs at IONITY. He is responsible to cover the policy discussions, advocacy efforts and public funding opportunities across 24 European markets. Before joining IONITY in January 2018, he was coordinating charging infrastructure projects on behalf of BMW around the world, gathering extensive experience about the international developments in charging electric vehicles. He is also representing IONITY in a number of associations, notably as speaker of the CharIN Focus Group Charging Infrastructure, where he is bringing together the e-Mobility ecosystem.
